Subaru BRZ STI To Show A Flawless Performance on The Road!

The Subaru BRZ STI is the fire-breathing vehicle we were all dying to finally see. The time has finally come for our beloved champion to get the power it deserves ! Behold !

The automaker first released its Subaru BRZ STI 2015 performance concept during the New York Motor Show, and while it’s undoubtedly a crazy cool vechicle that immadiately attracts everyone’s attention – it’s anything but simple. In fact, the vechicle was created as a smart marketing tool to give the USA the chance to learn more about the Japanese tuning brand. Well, that’s not just a tool – it’s ‘madness’!

Upgrades 

The Subaru BRZ STI comes with a lower, stiffer STI-spec suspension, custom Brembo discs and pads, new 18-inch alloy wheels, a new aero package and to top it all up - a monster rear wing. New chassis fasteners were also incorporated to control body roll.

Performance

Under the hood of the STI you will be surprised to find the whooping great EJ20 2.0-litre single-scroll turbo boxer engine! In case you’ve frogtten, the same full-developed racing engine was also bolted in the Subaru’s monster GT300 car. Go go Subaru BRZ STI! This model will surely be written with gold letters in the Subaru models history.



The company also shared the engine specifications, which appeal to us quite a lot - 345bhp and 332lb ft of torque. However, rumor has it that the Subaru BRZ STI is actually easily capable of producing 450 bph. But they have decided to detune the Engine in order to meet emission specifications. The engine connects to a 6-speed gearbox, sending all the power to the rear wheels. We all hope that people who found the BRZ under-powered will now rest and have the option to drive that sweet coupe sweepingly fast. The most interesting bit is what the reaction of Toyota would be about the tuned BRZ. Would we see a jet blast GT-86 ?

Interior-wise

The Subaru comes with Alacantara steering wheel, Recaro seats, one-of-a-kind gauges, and a new center stack. The Subaru BRZ back seat will be uncomfortable as always ! Subaru has also tested the bodywork, proving that everything in regards to aerodynamics is on point. Also, if you’re a fan of the matte finish – Subaru gives you the chance to get the STI dyed in matte blue.The BRZ STI will probably be the best sports car coming in. And it looks cool, huh?
