More Than 30 CARS from Paul Walker Collections
. A man who handled basic paperwork for Walker’s collection is named in the complaint. A separate suit has been filed against the estate of the man behind the wheel when Walker died.
According to court papers filed on behalf of Walker’s estate, Richard Taylor and helpers are accused of removing over 30 sports cars of Walker’s cars from a warehouse. The estate claims it happened within 24 hours of Paul Walker's car crash on the Nov. 30, 2013 . The estate is charging that Taylor is hiding the cars and may have sold some of the fastest sedans already for personal gain. The vehicles include a 2008 BMW M3, 2006 Ford Crown Victoria, a 2004 GMC truck,Skyline R34 and a 2011 Porsche GT3 RS The lawsuit demonstrates how extensive Walker’s collection was. It also included a 1991 BMW M3, five 1995 BMW M3 models, a 1995 Ford Bronco, 1998 Toyota Supra W-sport R, 2000 Audi S4 Quattro, 2002 Ford Econoline E350, 2003 Ford F250 Super Duty, 2004 GMC SRA, 2006 Ford Crown Victoria, 2008 BMW M3, 2008 Porsche 911 GT3, 2009 Nissan 370Z and a 2012 Toyota Tacoma. Attorneys for the 30lke Estate are"l.
The second half of the report relates to the estate of the man who perished alongside Paul in the fiery high-speed crash. Paul’s estate claims Roger Rodas’ estate has in 17 cars in their possession that belong to them including a 2010 Audi R8 and a 1969 Mustang. They either want the cars back or the equivalent cash value.Determining cash value on any of Paul Walker’s personal cars will be nearly impossible simply because they were Paul’s cars. Associating a value on an intangible factor like the previous ownership will prove to be quite difficult.
The estate’s hope is that both lawsuits will be trials by jury. That doesn’t seem like it would be totally fair considering the notoriety of the accident.
